Georgia Limmer holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy, is a Certified Health Coach and is continually educating herself professionally. Recently becoming an Accredited Gut Ecology and Metabolic Modulation (G.E.M.M.) Clinician.
Georgia the naturopath in Grange, sees a range of patients often treating several members of families at a time. She is passionate about children and adolescent’s health and works with patients of all ages with anxiety, insomnia and depression, digestive health, stress, hormonal imbalance, autoimmune diseases, cardiovascular and metabolic health issues. As well as assisting all genders with healthy aging.
Georgia is down-to-earth, committed and she works quickly to get the best results for her patients. Her approach is non-judgemental, patient centred care. She will empower you and be the catalyst for change on your individual path to health.
She achieves health outcomes for her patients by taking a thorough patient case and medical history, looking at the optimal levels of blood chemistry with functional pathology, employing Foodzone® nutrition software to find out what nutrients may be lacking and assessing diet and lifestyle factors that may contribute to poor health in an individual.
In a consultation with Georgia, you can expect her to take a detailed case and family history, perform an evidence based naturopathic physical examination, study your most recent pathology reports and survey the typical foods that fuel you. With this information she can provide personalised counsel to make any necessary diet and lifestyle modifications, provide the right supplement to boost a body system or pathway that needs assistance and create a bespoke herbal remedy to tone a weakened system or correct structural integrity of your presenting complaint.
You will be empowered to create lasting wellness free from diets, deprivation or dogma.

Your health is an equation of your genetics, lifestyle and diet.
Georgia believes we are bio-individuals, so a protocol approach does not work for everyone. Which is why she provides a highly individualised service to all her patients.
Georgia credits good health as the most important asset we have. She helps people make lasting changes to improve their health through realistic and integrated nutrition, evidence based herbal medicine and an individual approach to naturopathic medicine. As your Naturopath and Nutritionist, she will be on the sidelines, providing expert recommendations and tips, cheering on your every success.
Georgia is also a Director of the Board of ClearThinking Queensland. A not-for-profit organisation which provides funding for research into better mental health outcomes for adolescents in Queensland and beyond. Her association with the Mater Emotional Health Unit puts her at the forefront of best practice for complementary medicine for adolescents with emotional and mental health needs.
“I have always been passionate about good food, a delicious and satisfying meal is my bliss”. Having made fundamental changes to her own nutritional intake in her late 20’s, Georgia wanted to share with others how some simple food changes dramatically improved her own health. When she had her own children, she wanted to ensure they didn’t need to ‘make changes’ but instead gave them the best healthy start to life she could.
In 2012 Georgia developed a whole foods meal delivery service start-up business with her chef partner - which inspired her to further study in clinical naturopathy and nutrition at university. Eventually scaling and selling the business to become a Clinical Naturopath. The lessons she learned about real food for real people will never be lost and is something she calls upon in her naturopathic consultations.
It was through this business that her passion for nutritional and lifestyle medicine led to a bachelor’s degree in health science with a clinical component in nutrition and naturopathic medicine and a special interest in diet and lifestyle for mental health support. Earning her the reputation as the ‘healthy foodie’.
