1. Expiry Date - the pack is valid for 12 months from purchase, but once the first massage is scheduled, the next 2 massages must be used within 4 weeks of the first appointment. This is so that you can experience the benefits that a series of regular massages brings to your body and mind. 
2. Once you have bought your 3 pack, you may book your preferred day and time in advance for all your massages so that you secure the time which is most convenient for you. When you book, mention you have a 3 session pack. You can book your appointment before you receive your voucher in the mail.
3. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS / NON ATTENDANCE

To reschedule or cancel an appointment, 24 hours notice must be given by phoning 3366 7970. If 24 hours notice is given we are happy to reschedule your massage to another suitable time within your pack’s expiry date. If 24 hours notice is not given to cancel or reschedule an appointment or if  an appointment is missed, then that massage credit is forfeited as a cancellation fee.The 24 hours notice period allows us to book another client into your timeslot if you cancel.

Health Fund Rebates

Rebates are available with our of our therapists. If you would like to claim these rebates, please request this when you book your first appointment. As the massages are prepaid you will not be able to use our eftpos rebate claim terminal. You will need to take each receipt to your health fund for them to give you your rebate.
